At Crane Vend, we are committed to providing high-quality vending machines that are built to last. To ensure your complete satisfaction, all of our machines are backed by a comprehensive warranty that protects you from manufacturing defects and workmanship issues.
Standard Warranty Coverage
- Duration: All vending machines come with a standard 12-month warranty from the date of delivery.
- Coverage: The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Parts & Labor: During the warranty period, we will repair or replace, at no cost to you, any part determined to be defective.
What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not cover damage or malfunctions caused by:
- Misuse, neglect, abuse, or accidents
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Improper installation or operation
- Acts of God, natural disasters, or power surges
- Normal wear and tear of parts such as lights, fuses, gaskets, etc.
How to File a Warranty Claim

- Proof of purchase (invoice or order number)
- Machine model and serial number
- Clear description and photos of the issue
Extended Warranty Option
We offer extended warranty plans up to 36 months for select vending machines. Contact us for details and eligibility.
Shipping of Repaired/Replaced Parts
Warranty parts and replacements will be shipped via standard delivery. Expedited shipping may incur additional charges.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts as stated above. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
