Refunds

Damaged or Defective on Arrival

If your machine arrives damaged or does not work properly, contact us within 7 days. We will arrange free pickup and send you a brand-new replacement or issue a full refund – including all shipping costs.

Warranty (Separate from Returns)

Every machine also includes a full 1–2 year parts & labor warranty starting from delivery date. If anything fails due to normal use during the warranty period, we repair or replace it completely free of charge.
