Crane Vend Shipping Policy

At Crane Vend, we aim to get your vending machines to you quickly, safely, and with total transparency. Below are the details of how we handle shipping for new and used vending machines.

Shipping Process in the United States

Cost: Free shipping to all U.S. addresses.
Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed by 6:00 PM Central Time (Fort Worth, TX) on business days will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this cut-off will begin processing the next business day.
Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) to prepare and pack your order.
Transit Time: Estimated delivery in 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Notification & Tracking: Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment until it arrives.

International Shipping Process

Cost: Flat rate of US$ 150 per order for all international destinations.
Order Cut-Off Time & Handling: Same as U.S. orders — 6:00 PM CT cut-off and 1–2 business days for handling.
Transit Time: Estimated international transit of 5–8 business days (Monday to Friday), depending on destination and customs.
Import Fees / Taxes: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by their country.

Shipping Exceptions & Important Notes

Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Errors can cause delivery delays or additional costs.
Peak Season / Delays: Delivery might take longer during high-volume periods (holidays) or due to external factors like weather.
Cut-Off Missed: Orders placed after the daily cut-off will be processed the next business day.

Cancellation & Changes

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet shipped.
If you need to change your shipping address or request a different delivery option after submitting your order, contact us right away. We’ll do our best to accommodate, though changes may not be possible once the order is in transit.
