2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD) and exclude applicable state/local sales tax (tax added at checkout where required).
We accept credit/debit cards, wire transfer, ACH, and approved financing plans.
Full payment or approved deposit is required before any machine is shipped or scheduled for delivery.
Prices are subject to change without notice, but orders already confirmed are locked in at the agreed price.

3. Orders & Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
You will receive an order confirmation email once the order is accepted and payment is processed.

4. Free Nationwide Shipping & Professional Installation

Free delivery and installation is included on all full-size vending machines within the United States.
Installation includes leveling, electrical connection (standard 110V outlet), basic programming, and staff training.

6. Warranty

New machines: 2-year parts & labor warranty
Certified refurbished machines: 1-year parts & labor warranty (extendable)

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crane Vend’s total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for lost profits, business interruption, or indirect damages.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (photos, text, logos, graphics) is property of Crane Vend and may not be used without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.
