Shipping Process in the United States

• Cost: Free shipping to all U.S. addresses.

• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed by 6:00 PM Central Time (Fort Worth, TX) on business days will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this cut-off will begin processing the next business day.

• Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) to prepare and pack your order.

• Transit Time: Estimated delivery in 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

• Notification & Tracking: Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment until it arrives.

International Shipping Process

• Cost: Flat rate of US$ 150 per order for all international destinations.

• Order Cut-Off Time & Handling: Same as U.S. orders — 6:00 PM CT cut-off and 1–2 business days for handling.
